3.Advantages:
1) Tension is automatically tracked by PLC, no manual adjustment is required, and the tension is stable and accurate.
2) Wire crossing guide wheel use plastic steel instead of the traditional pendulum rod, the roller rotation is flexible, the surface is smooth, greatly reducing the damage to the tape and the impact of the tape tension during the line process.
3)The main shaft of the Taping Machine is made of 40Cr material, which is solid and wear-resistant after grinding and high-frequency tempering treatment.It does not deform under high speed operation and heavy pressure.
