2)Detailed Description:
2.1 Drawing capstan and fixed-speed capstan are driven by individual motor. Only need change the last die when produce different size wire.One set of dies can produce lots of sizes. No need consider too much for the dies.
2.2 This kind of machine will be designed with better and more suitable coefficient of elongatio.
Usually Elongation Coefficient will be bigger of the first Die, last die’s elongation coefficient will be smaller, Elongation Coefficient reduce gradually. Do in this way can enlarge the outlet wire range. All dies will be arranged in a line. And each capstan’s diameter will be same.
In order to save space, if with quick die change system, for saving space, the capstan design of Multiwire Drawing Machine and Single Wire Drawing Machine is usually arranged horizontally.
2.3 Programme Logic Controller will calculate the speed ratio between drawing capstan and fix-speed capstan, then will adjust motor rotate speed automatically. If need change wire size, input new size in touch screen, only needs change the final or less die. PLC will adjust the speed of two motors automatically. The operator only needs to pass the copper wire directly from the corresponding die through the last die, and does not need to move the whole set of die forward or backward to achieve the purpose of rapid die change.

3 Conclusion:
The cost between wire drawing machine with quick die change system and without quick die change system has big different. How to choose depends on below two points:
3.1 Whether outlet diameter has a lot?
If has lots of outlet wire sizes but machine without quick die change system, then need too many sets of dies.
3.2 Production capacity
If want high efficiency and high production capacity such as 30~50 tons per day, then this system is needed.
