We need to operate the machine correctly. The operation of the Wire Extrusion Machine includes a series of links such as the installation, adjustment, trial, operation, maintenance and repair of the machine. The operation methods of the Wire Extrusion Machine are as follows:
1.Preparation before operation
1.1 The extruded plastic should meet the required drying requirements, and further drying should be done if necessary. The raw material is sifted to remove clumps and mechanical impurities.
1.2 Check whether the water, electricity and gas systems in the equipment are normal, and whether the heating system, temperature control and various instruments work reliably;
1.3 Announce the specifications of the machine head, install the installation head and the setting sleeve in the specified order.
1.4 Auxiliary engine empty low speed test run, observe whether the equipment is running normally;
1.5 Start the vacuum pump of the setting table and observe whether it works normally.
1.6 Lubricate the lubricated parts of various equipment.
1.7 If a fault is found, remove it in time.
2.Operating wire extrusion machine
2.1 The flange bolts of the machine and the extruder should be tightened again before the machine started to eliminate the difference between the thermal expansion of the bolts and the machine head.
2.2 The order of tightening the bolts of the machine head is diagonal tightening, and the force should be uniform.
2.3 When tightening the flange nut of the machine head, it is required that the tightness around is consistent, otherwise it should run.
2.4 The wire extrusion machine can be turned on after the constant temperature.
2.5 Start up, select the “ready to start” button, and then connect the “start” button, and then slowly rotate the screw speed adjustment knob, screw speed slow start.
2.6 Then gradually accelerate, while adding a small amount of material.
2.7 When feeding, pay close attention to the change of the host ammeter and various indicator heads.
2.8 Screw torque can not exceed the red mark (generally torque table 65%-75%).
2.9 When the discharge of the mouth die is uniform and the plastic is good, the traction person can be shaped.
2.10 The degree of plasticization needs to be judged by experience, generally can be judged according to the appearance of the extruded material.
2.11 When the surface is shiny, no impurities, no foaming, coke and discoloration, and the extruded material is squeezed fine by hand to a certain extent without burrs and cracks, and there is a certain elasticity, at this time, the material is plasticized well.
2.12 If the plasticization is poor, the screw speed, barrel and head temperature can be properly adjusted until the requirements are met.
2.13 In the extrusion production process of the wire extrusion machine, the process parameters should be regularly checked according to the process requirements, and fill in the process record sheet.
2.14 Check the quality of profile products according to quality inspection standards, and take measures to solve problems in time.
3.Stop operation
3.1 Stop feeding, extrude the plastic inside the extruder, and when the screw is exposed, close the power supply of the barrel and the head, and stop heating.
3.2 Turn off the power supply of the extruder and auxiliary machine, so that the screw and auxiliary machine stop running.
3.3 Open the head connection flange and remove the head. Clean the perforated plate and various parts of the machine head. In order to prevent damage to the inner surface of the head, the residual material in the head should be cleaned with steel law and steel sheet, and then the plastic adhering to the head should be ground with sandpaper, and polished, and coated with oil or silicone oil to prevent rust.
3.4 Cleaning of the screw and barrel, after removing the head, restart the main engine, add stopping material (or crushing material), clean the screw and barrel, at this time, the screw is selected at low speed (r/min) to reduce wear.
3.5 After the stopping material is crushed into powder and completely extruded, the residual particle and powder can be blown out from the feeding port and exhaust port repeatedly by compressed air until there is no residual material in the barrel.
3.6 Reduce the screw speed to zero, stop the wire extrusion machine, and close the main power supply and cold water main valve.
3.7 The safety items that should be paid attention to during extrusion are: electricity, heat, mechanical rotation and loading and unloading of heavy parts.
3.8 The locomotive room must be equipped with lifting equipment to install and remove heavy parts such as machine head and screw to ensure safe production.
