1. Key points of operation:
1.1 Before starting the Rigid Frame Stranding Machine, you should carefully check the correctness of the running components, the reliability of the interlocking mechanism and the wire reel tightening, and the locking mechanism can tighten the wire bobbin. The entire machine’s fence protection should be in place to ensure safety.
1.2 No matter under what circumstances the machine is turned on, you should always pay attention to the changes in current, voltage, temperature and other parameters of each part. Any large fluctuations are dangerous, and you should stop the machine immediately for inspection. After troubleshooting, you can start the machine.
1.3 According to the production plan and process requirements, loading the bobbins and wires,arranged according to the prescribed structure. When loading the bobbin, pay attention to the balance of the bobbin and the correct placement of the bobbin in the direction of wire pay-off. The direction of the bobbins in a frame should be in the same direction. After clamping the bobbin, lock and fix it with an interlocking device to prevent accidents. Adjust the tension to achieve basically the same.
1.4 Single wires must not be scratched when passing through the wire holes. They must be evenly spaced through the wire holes or wire divide boards and must not cross each other.
1.5 When installing the die, it must be aligned with the center and the quality of the die should be checked to see if it is good. The surface of the inner hole of the die or the contact area between the pressing wheel and the conductor surface should be smooth.
1.6 Adjust the pitch and rotation direction of each section according to the process requirements.
1.7 When producing sector-shaped conductors, the sector height adjustment should be performed at a slow speed while adjusting the height of the pressing roller. Static adjustment of the pressing roller is not allowed to prevent breakage caused by uneven deformation of single wires.
2. Precautions
2.1 Always pay attention to observing whether the mechanical and electrical equipment and various instruments of the Rigid Frame Stranding Machine are in normal condition.
2.2 Frequently check whether the outer diameter (or fan height, shape height) and pitch of the product are consistent with the process requirements.
2.3 When changing specifications, connectors, and normal startup, attention should be paid to checking the surface quality and structural dimensions of the wire.
2.4 The fan-shaped height of the pressed wire core must be controlled within the specified range. If the requirements are not met, the pressing wheel should be adjusted in time.
2.5 The traversing should be tight and neat, and no pressure, disorder, scratches, etc. are allowed.
3. Common Problems And Solutions During Production
