Hot dip tinning machine can continuously tinning the copper wire.Through two furnaces hot tinning, hot dip tinning machine use dies to pare off the excessive tin.It can improve electrical conductivity,which is indispensable when producing wires.
What should be paid attention to when operating the hot dip tinning machine?
Today,Mentors shares two aspects.
1.Preparations
1.1 Preparation before start: Clean the whole machine before start, check any abnormal of each mechanical and electrical system, check water seal flume water level and temperature(40-50℃, de-ion water), confirm the take up shaft type and arrange the breadth of traversing and take up shaft mat as per requirement, set brush for the pay off device as requirement.
1.2 Set up the soften temperature, oven temperature, tinning flume temperature and tinning liquid as require of technology.
1.3 Put the row line wheel on the line release frame, apply the brush line release device, run the roller at low speed, turn on the high capacity blower, wear each line refer to the diagram.
1.4 Rough adjustment for the reeling tension around 200V, base on the reeling shaft model and line vector set up the winding motor speed.
1.5 When the tinning flume and anneal furnace reach the required temperature, adjust the speed as techniques requirement.
1.6 Check the product quality, final adjust each parameter, winding tension force and line arrangement, start normal operation.
2.Precautions:
2.1 Whether the line released smoothly
2.2 Water flume temperature
2.3 Soften grade of the annealed copper line
2.4 Line diameter and uniform of the line arrangement
2.5 Tension force on line retrieve.
2.6 Adjust the angle of pay off guide wheel with the entrance guide wheel of furnace to the suitable angle.
2.7 Adjust position of the entrance guide wheel, anneal furnace tube to ensure the wire wouldn’t touch the inner surface of the anneal furnace.
2.8 Adjust the exit guide wheel position, let the furnace tube submerge into water, copper shouldn’t touch the inner surface of the anneal furnace at exit.
2.9 Adjust position of the blower to lead the copper line pass the center of the porcelain wheel.
2.10 Adjust position of the haul off device wheel to keep the wire at right position when it passes the leading roller.
2.11 Arrange the traversing to match the take up shaft width.
2.12 After power is on ,check the auxiliary haul off roller, main haul off roller , he rotation direction of take shaft and blower should face the blow pipe.
2.13 When installing the hot dip tinning machine,we should pay more attention to the process flow and the operation requirement.Generally,the distance between each machine should be not too short,otherwise it will cause big resistance.The wire diameter will become smaller or the wires easily break.The tin-coating machine should be about 2 meters away from oven.If the distance is too small,it will make tension too tight.So tin-coating machine should be about 2 meters away from haul off machine.The minimum distance is 1.6m (the outlet ceramic bush of tin furnace had better not use)
2.14 Tin melt at 230℃.When the temperature at 230℃,hot dip tinning machine do the normal line.Due to the cold wire enter the interior of the tin furnace temperature is decreased,the tin will be coagulation state.It will cause tin during the use of internal resistance phenomenon and easy to break.Usually tin wire should use 4-9 tin type because of its high purity.Less dross,easily dissolved.The temperature will be set at 240℃ can generally use this tin.If use low-quality tin,then it is easy to break.And because of the high melting point of the low-quality tin,there are more and more dross.It wil not only reduce the utilization of the tin but also lead to low yields.
