This machine is mainly used for drawing copper wire to 0.15-0.40 mm wire.It is equipped with up to 22 Dies and the max drawing speed can reach 30m/s.Dies quick change system can realize high efficiency once produce lots of different diameters.

1.This Machine are very stable, when drawing super fine wire 0.15mm, still can keep running in high speed. And wire won’t break easily.
2.This machine has individual lubricant supply for gearing & bearing system. And since for the front larger sizes will produce higher temperatures during the drawing process, the front several capstan and dies will be sprayed by closer copper pipes,which can have better cooling and lubrication effect.
3.The main engine and gearbox are cast. Annealing and tempering in the frame improve stability and reduce vibration, extending the service life.
4.The multi wire drawing machine with annealing for 16 wires equipped with four gear shafts, which designed for quick dies change system.As a result, it prevents bearing damage caused by the high speed of the rear shaft during the empty die, extending the bearing’s service life.
5.The annealed conductive wheel adopts multiple groups of carbon brush contact type conduction. By using the rotary joint water circulation cooling system, the collector ring operates at a reasonable temperature at all times.
