1.What should do after Turn off the machine ( before holiday)
1)Equipment Cleaning:
Clean both inside and outside of the machine, wipe out the Copper powder or Aluminum powder.
Clean the air filter of the electric control box and lubrication oil filter.
2)Anti-rust treatment：
Apply anti-rust oil to some parts of wire drawing machine to prevent rusting.
For example, inside machine body, dies holder, edge of capstan, take-up shaft etc.
3)Drainage and exhaust treatment:
The water and gas in the pneumatic three-piece oil filter tank are discharged by the drainage switch to avoid freezing due to the cold weather.If not changed the emulsion for a long time, then drain it, thoroughly clean up the impurities in the recycle water tank, and replace with new emulsion after the holidays.
4)Turn off power and protect from rain and moisture:
Turn off the main electrical switch of the equipment and the incoming switch of the transformer.
5)Rat prevention facilities:
Some customer couldn’t run machine, after long time testing and checking, finally find wire break because of rat.
2.How to do before turn on the machine(after finish holiday)
1)Electrical cabinet：
Check the surrounding environment of the equipment and
check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as water in the electrical box.
2)Mechanical part: Check whether each functional part is normal
3)Turn on the power step by step:
The external main switch is powered on first, check whether the voltage is out of phase and too low.
Turn on the power if no abnormal conditions, and observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon or leakage.
4)Do not perform any action when the machine is turned on even without an alarm. Let the electrical components be energized for 30 minutes.
5)Keep Running the machine in low speed in the beginning.
6)How to use emulsion in right way after holiday?
A.During the vacation, please make the lubrication emulsion tanks rainproof, dustproof, and anti-rats and other debris entering the tank(if there are similar substances entering it, please clean up in time, otherwise the damage of the drawing fluid will be accelerated)
B.All wire drawing recycle lubrication tanks need to circulate normally for 2 hours within 24 hours after the shutdown.
C.It is necessary to safely control the liquid temperature of the emulsion pool during the holiday time ( better the temperature be controlled at 30-45 °C).
D.Before the normal start up after the holiday, turn on the circulating pump of the drawing fluid and emulsion tank to circulate for a period of time.It is recommended to add some new oil to the emulsion tank and mix it well.
E. For the Copper Wire Continuous Annealing emulsion pool,
please replace with new water and batch corresponding to the appropriate oil or antioxidant.
F. Cooling water tank for Tube Type Annealing Machine needs to be cleaned and replaced with new water.
Filled with alcohol in the annealing tube After machine stop and tube temperature be lowered,
which will reduce the copper wire break rate when restarting machine.
G Check heating pipe whether is normal before start the Copper Wire Tinning Machine,
reduce some tin after stop the machine and re-add some newly tin before start running.
