1.1 Far infrared vulcanization furnace :improve the speed and effect of silicone cable vulcanization effect.When the machine is stopped, the vulcanization box is instantly raised 1 meter high, and the silicone cable that has been done completely leaves the vulcanization box to prevent it from burning out.
1.2-The vulcanization speed of the ordinary furnace is not as fast as that of the infrared ray, and need use one steel wire must be used as traction to prevent the cable from being burned out when the machine is shut down.The operation with lifting function is more convenient.

2.The cylinder, screw and dies of the silicone extrusion equipment are mostly made of high hardness alloy or stainless steel (such as SUS304/316) to avoid adhesion or contamination of the silicone material.
3.Due to the high fluidity of silicone, the equipment has higher processing accuracy to ensure that the size of the product is stable.
4.The 90 Silicone Rubber Extruder avoids deformation or uneven stretching of the silicone wire during traction through precise tension control.
5.Before the extrusion starts, using rubber mixing mill for mixing the half-finished silicone rubber, and the mixed raw material can be used for silicone rubber extruder directly.
