It's used for drawing and annealing copper rod to Φ1.2～Φ4.0mm wire.
The drawing capstans are driven by the same motor while the last capstan is driven by another independent motor.
In this way, the outlet diameter can be changed easily without stringing up the machine again (quick die change design).

1. Application:
The machine is used for drawing copper rods from 8.0mm to 1.2-4.0mm.
Outlet wire can go to dual take up device or coiler.
Each of the 12 drawing capstans is driven by a single motor, while the last capstan is driven by another independent motor. This allows the outlet diameter to be changed easily without having to restring the machine.
The main body of the High-Speed Rod Breakdown Machine is made of cast iron which is processed by tempering treatment. As a result of this process technology, the machine body became rigid and vibration was reduced.
