1. Application:
Copper Wire Bunching Machine 630 is a kind of industrial equipment for bunching that can be widely used in various soft/hard electrical conductor wires, so that multiple single electrical conductors can be twisted into one strand to meet the processing requirements of the cable.Copper Wire Bunching Machine produced by Mentors Machinery is supplied to the twisting of bare copper wires, tin-coated wires, and enameled wires with more than 7 strands. This machine has a high rotate speed, the main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool warning if the oil is not enough, which can lower the temperature and the noise, and extend the life of the machine.
Wire winding road of Copper Wire Bunching Machine 630 is from the pay-off device through the disconnection sensing area, first pass through the main distribution board (the distribution holes are distributed according to 1+6+12+…), pass through the first line of pressure die, and then pass through the second line of pressure die, Finally enter the thread guide wheel in the right main shaft.
After passing the aluminum plate bow with the porcelain ring, it enters the thread guide wheel in the left main shaft, and then passes through the center corner guide wheel to the take-up wheel, and reaches the upper guide wheel of the aligner for traversing.
