3. Main description:
1). The main body of the Copper Multi Wire Drawing Machine with Annealing is made of Q235 steel structure being stress-relieved by annealing after welding.
2). Transmission shafts are made of chrome steel and heat-treated to HRC25-27. It has good mechanical properties and is capable of eliminating strong stresses, ensuring that the core axis is straight and coaxial.
3). It is equipped with PLC, frequency inverter, and HMI which indicate the status of working condition or trouble situation for the Copper Multi Wire Drawing Machine with Annealing. The contactors and relays are of the Schneider brand.
