This machine is used for drawing copper wire from 1.8mm to 0.15-0.45mm
Description
1. Application:
The machine consists of an 8-wire drawing main machine, an 8-wire continuous annealing machine, and take-up machine, etc.
It is suitable for the electric wire and cable industry to draw 8×φ1.8mm to 8×φ0.15～φ0.45mm copper wire and take up them on the same wire bobbin.

4. Advantage:
1) The annealing voltage is fully digitally controlled, automatically tracks the drawing speed, and is individually adjustable
2) Three-stage annealing. All guide wheels are installed with insulation to avoid jumpers and kindling that are prone to occur when the copper wire is annealed, damaging the contact nickel strip, copper wire, and annealing base wheel. Prolong annealing wheel, and nickel strip life, and improve copper wire quality.
3) Electricity Saving and Labour Saving.
4) The clamping, lifting, and braking of the wire bobbin are all pneumatic; the machine thimble is equipped with an anti-reverse function during operation, which is highly safe, and is equipped with an air pressure protection function (the equipment automatically stops when the air pressure is lower than the required value).
