4. How to maintain 7.5M Annealing and Tinning Machine:
1.Do not frequently switch off furnace, which will increase power consumption. Because the annealing machine’s furnace body should be heated again before using after shutting down. Do in this way also will shorten the life of the furnace body at the same time.
2.Regularly check and fasten loose parts, and check whether the parts and components are complete.
3.Disassemble, check and adjust the main part of the equipment, and replace the parts that have reached the wear limit. In addition, the wear and tear of the main components should be measured and identified in order to obtain technical data as a basis for the preparation of repair plans.
