This machine is special used for annealing and tinning 40 to 60 copper wires 0.08-0.32 mm at the same time.
Finished wire is can be winded by small plastic bobbin or bigger 630 spool .

1. Application:
This machine is specially used for annealing and tinning 40 to 60 copper wires 0.08-0.32 mm at the same time.
The finished wire can be winded by a small plastic bobbin or a bigger 630 spool.
The tinning channel adopts a one-piece casting HT200. It is heated by 40 pieces of 2kw heating pipes. Annealing pipes are 321 stainless steel pipes, which is acid proof and corrosion resistance. Heating pipes are high temperature and corrosion resistance stainless steel’2520’ pipes.
